At Bikram Yoga Bend we Offer Three Different Challenges.
Challenge I The Ten Day Tune Up. You are a busy person and your time is limited. Though somehow you can break away from the demands of life and give it everything you have for Ten Days. You practice everyday and even throw in a couple of days where you practice twice in a day. By the end of the Ten Days you will feel charged up and ready to move forward. Especially if you are a new student or you want to kick start your practice – this is where to start.
Challenge II 30 Classes in 30 Days How do you further integrate true healing into your life? This is where you feel changes in your body begin to quicken. Your body will begin to open and muscle knots will start to melt away. Practice each day and mark your name off on the 30 day challenge board. We recommend doing your practice early in the day – the 6:15am class if possible. That way your practice will be done and you will have the whole day ahead of you. You will have no excuses to skip a class later in the day. Once you have completed Challenge II you will feel remarkable. You will be charged up with a huge smile on your face. Your name will be added forever to the 30 Day Challenge list and you will receive an awesome Bikram Yoga – Bend, Oregon t-shirt saying “I’m Hot Because I did the 30 Day Challenge.”
Bikram says, “you never too old, never too fat, never too sick to start from scratch once again.”
Challenge III 60 Classes in 60 Days So you are now ready for the next level of Challenge. You have completed your 30 day Challenge and you areready to move forward. You want to feel totally awesome. Your body and mind will change in ways that you can only imagine. Practice each day and markyour name off on the 60 day challenge board. If for some reason you need to be gone one day, simply do two classes one day. If is always best to practice two classes before you miss a day. That way you get to live on interest – rather than debt.
Once you have completed Challenge II you will understand what Bikram means when he says, “Practice Everyday for 60 Days and Your Life Will Change!”
Your picture and name will be added forever to the 60 Day Challenge list and you will receive the following: an incredible Bikram Yoga – Bend, Oregon t-shirt that says “I’m Hot and Amazing because I did the 60 Day Challenge” and a Bikram Yoga Bend wrist band that says “The Only Way Out is Thru.”
Self imposed discipline, in an atmosphere of sweat and caring, creates sweet and lasting rewards.
