Bikram Yoga in Bend, Oregon is the Only Affiliated Bikram Yoga School Authorized and Trained to Teach Bikram Yoga in Central Oregon. All of the teachers have completed the rigorous and in depth 500 hour Bikram Yoga Teacher Training program with Bikram Choudhury. These teachers were selected because of their ability to lead students through their personal journey of growth. The teachers commitment and ongoing desire to deepen their knowledge of yoga through ongoing study and practice will help further guide you towards ultimate health and fulfillment in your life.
