When you change your body, you change your mind. Casey conveys this very important message in her

classes. She does this by giving both new and experienced students sage and encouraging instructions for all the postures. By taking Casey's class you will feel inspired to work hard and believe in yourself. The benefits gained in class then become apparent in everything your do. Thus allowing you to take your yoga off your mat and into the rest of your life.

Casey's first class was in Missoula, MT in 2001. Because of her enthusiasm she attended the teacher training in the fall of 2003 then returned to Montana to teach at both the Missoula and Bozeman studios. Casey moved to Bend in the summer of 2006 and loves the amazing Bend community. Bikram Yoga has brought about tremendous physical and emotional transformation to Casey's life. The benefits are limitless. She feels very fortunate to be able to share her belief and passion for the yoga with other people through teaching Bikram Yoga.
