This is Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class. No Yoga Experience Necessary. You do not have to be flexible to start. You might have an injury or health condition. You might be in excellent condition and just want more. It's all ok - we work with all sizes, shapes and conditions. Most important thing is to come to class. As a beginner you can start anytime. Pre-registration is not needed. Simply arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. Try not to eat much for two to three hours before class. Bring a water bottle and a full-sized towel. A mat will be provided to you during your initial Intro period. Mats, clothing, books and water are available for purchase. Our studio has men’s and women’s changing rooms with showers. The Intro Special is $15 for 10 Consecutive Days of Unlimited Yoga. Most new students do three or four classes within the 10 day intro period. However, many students go for it and do all ten days. After the Intro Package, additional class packages are available. Please ask at Front Desk for more information about class packages and pricing. So come into class today and try what everyone is talking about. In Addition to the Bikram's Beginning Yoga Classes, we also offer various posture clinics, workshops and seminars in both the Beginning and Advanced Bikram Yoga postures.
